Gagosian Shop allows for returns of eligible, unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt, provided items are in their original packaging. Please note that limited edition prints, opened media, and final sale items are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping materials to ensure they are protected during transit, as damaged returns cannot be accepted.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package to our designated fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
